 Connie has been had a yoga practice for many years and has been teaching since 2004.
Advice
Wear comfy clothes with a warmer layer for relaxation. We have mats. Please practice yoga on an empty stomach, having eaten no sooner than 2 hours before with a meal or a light meal 1 hour before practice.
